Provide a cover letter summarizing your proposal including a brief summary of your qualifications, staff, and capabilities to deliver the services requested in a
timely fashion and of the firm’s experience in this type of work. Your proposal must be signed. Deliver proposals no later than the due time and date indicated. The City will reject late proposals. Submit three (1) original and three (3) copies of the entire proposal package, including Forms A–F to the City of Santa Paula Clerk’s Office by: October 9, 2025, 3 :00 PM PDT. All proposals shall be clearly labeled: Proposer’s Name and Address, Request for Proposal (RFP), Title: Incident Response Management System.
