Description

The District’s Natural Resources Department is seeking proposals to establish an agreement with a consulting firm through a competitive process to design a remediation plan for District revegetation sites that have previously tested positive for soilborne Phytophthora species in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties, California; complete additional sampling and testing of revegetation sites; and develop Best Management Practices to minimize risk for introduction and spread of soil Phytophthora species in District Preserves.

QUESTION DEADLINE
All questions, and/or requests for explanation are due by 3 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2025. Answers will be provided no later than 5 p.m., Tuesday, September 16, 2025. Questions may be emailed (amills@openspace.org). All the questions and answers will be listed as an addendum to the RFPQ.

PROPOSAL DEADLINE
Proposals must be submitted via email (amills@openspace.org) and received by the District no later than Monday, September 22, at 3 p.m. Proposals submitted by any other method will be disqualified. All submissions must be completed prior to the closure date and time.
