Description

Tulare County Children and Youth Clinic Services provide outpatient specialty mental
health services that include diagnostic, treatment, and prescriptive interventions related to
mental and behavioral disorders for children and youth under the age of 21 years of age.
Services include individual, group, and family counseling, psychiatric evaluations,
medication support, crisis intervention, school-based counseling, health care referrals,
and case management. Additional programs such as Full-Service Partnership (FSP) and
intensive services such as Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) and Intensive Home-Based
Services (IHBS) are provided for youth with compounding risk factors. Substance Abuse
Disorders and Co-occurring disorders services are coordinated with appropriate
community partners.
