Please note: This RFP was originally posted using the BidSync bid notification system which is now defunct and all bid activity was transferred over to this system, BidNet Direct. Unfortunately, the addemdum in BidSync to extend the proposal due date to January 3rd was posted during the question and answer process, but it was not processed on the system. Therefore, bid closed on the original December 6th due date. The same RFP along with all of the questions and answers that were posted in the original posting are included in this posting. Any bids that may have been received under the December 6th deadline will be rejected and bidders will have the opportunity to re-submit. Further note that a new question and answer window is now open in case there are any new questions pending. The Q&A deadline is now December 13th.
