The City of Santa Clara (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide graphic design and production services to the Parks & recreation Department in support of the creation of annual Parks and Recreation Activity Guides.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Please refer to the RFQ Instructions and General Provisions document and all other attached documents.
2) Submit all response documents online through BidNet Direct, including electronic attachments if applicable, and/or through the "Vendor Notes for Offer" function. The City will not accept hardcopy response documents.
3) Final award shall be contingent upon selected firm (Vendor) accepting the City's PO Terms and Conditions.
