Description

The City of Santa Clara (hereinafter “City”) is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors (“Bidder”) to provide bleacher annual inspections, maintenance, part replacement, and as needed repairs for Hussey Platform Seating Bleachers at the Mary Louise Mello Auditorium located at the Community Recreation Center at 969 Kiely Blvd, Santa Clara, CA, for the Parks & Recreation Department.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Please refer to the RFQ Instructions and General Provisions document and all other attached documents.
2) Submit all response documents online through BidNet Direct, including electronic attachments if applicable, and/or through the "Vendor Notes for Offer" function. The City will not accept hardcopy response documents.
3) Final award shall be contingent upon selected firm (Vendor) accepting the City's PO Terms and Conditions.
