The City of Oceanside is soliciting “Request for Bids” (RFB) for the Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons & L.E.D. Stop Signs – 2025 Project. The project consists of installing Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) with pedestrian push button and signage along with updating pedestrian curb ramps at various locations in the City of Oceanside. Sealed bids for the project will accepted in the offices of and addressed to:

Sealed bids will be accepted up to the hour of 2:00 p.m., the 17th day of April, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened.
Bids shall be written clearly and legibly in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside “SEALED BID FOR Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons & L.E.D. Stop Signs-2025, CIP 25-00001 – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.” E-mail or Facsimile transmission of proposals will not be accepted.
