Description

The Oceanside Harbor District has issued Request for Proposals (RFP) for the lease of two building spaces (294 SF & 272 SF), located at 1850 Harbor Drive North, Suite “B” & “C”, in the Oceanside Harbor Marina, in the City of Oceanside. Use of the Subject Property shall be for the purpose of operating and maintaining a marina related business serving the visitors to the Oceanside Harbor. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 pm, Thursday, November 6, 2025. Proposals shall be addressed to "Oceanside Harbor District, Attention: Julie Cook, Property Management, 300 N.
