(23-03) - SB-1 Streets Project

This project includes repairing pavement failures; milling and hot-mix asphalt (HMA) overlaying streets; removing and reconstructing concrete curbs, gutters, valley gutters with aprons, and sidewalks; installing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps and signage; removing and installing pavement markings, striping, and markers; traffic control; water pollution control; resetting rubber curb; lowering, raising, and adjusting utility boxes, valve covers, monument covers, and manhole covers to grade; and other incidental work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described in the Contract Documents and Specifications.  

The estimated cost of this work, including contingency, is between $3,500,000 and $3,700,000.
