Work includes abandonment or removal of existing facilities; replacement of new pipelines by both open trench and pipe bursting methods; replacement of water service lines and meter boxes; replacement of sanitary sewer laterals and cleanouts; and doing all other work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described in the specifications.

Sealed bid proposals for the construction of ANNUAL WATER AND SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENTS, PROJECTS 23-08 AND 23-09 will be received by the Purchasing Agent at the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of the City of Mountain View at City Hall, 500 Castro Street, First Floor, Mountain View, California, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at which time, bids will be publicly opened and read inside the City Hall Rotunda.

All proposals or bids must be sealed and addressed to the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of Mountain View and the envelope must be plainly endorsed as follows:
