The City of Highland, in the County of San Bernardino, proposes to rehabilitate pavement on various streets in the City including pavement grinding, localized pavement removal and replacement, and asphalt rubber and conventional asphalt overlay. It also includes removal of in- road warning lights system, installation of a rectangular flashing beacon system, adjusting valve covers and manholes to final grade, and installation of striping and markings.
