RFQ 26-002 - Request for Qualifications On-Call Land Use and Development Related-Consultant

Due to the complexity and ongoing changes in California land use and development regulations, a thorough understanding and experience with the California legislative framework is essential. Travel to Fremont for project work may be required and consultants located in the Bay Area will be better positioned to minimize travel costs to project sites. Consultants outside the Bay Area are encouraged to submit qualifications, especially if the expertise does not incur high travel expenses, keeping project costs reasonable.  Preference will be given to proposers with expertise and experience in land use and development services in the San Francisco Bay Area.
