The City of Fremont (City), through the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department, is seeking Proposals from firms desiring to provide on-call construction materials testing services to supplement City staff. Through the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), numerous public works projects will be undertaken over the next five years, many of which will require construction testing work beyond that of the City’s in-house soils lab.
