The City of Fremont is seeking bids for Cisco Equipment and Licenses. Only new certified Cisco parts and licenses from authorized resellers can be used. No substitutions accepted. To be a responsive bidder, bidder shall warrant that the products are new, in their original box. In addition, the bidder shall specify the lead time for delivery after the order is placed. The bidder confirms to have sourced all Manufacturer products submitted in this offer from Manufacturer or through Manufacturer Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and policies at the time of purchase. Bidder shall further warrant that equipment and licenses are sourced solely from Cisco.
