PW-26-1 - Police Department Restroom Remodel Project

The Works consists of, but not limited to removing all wall and floor tile (4’ high on walls, 8’ high on shower walls), ALL fixtures, partitions, counters, shelves, accessories and anything else attached to the walls. Contractor is responsible for patching, repairing or replacing drywall and skim coating all walls and ceiling as needed. Work will also include framing, drywalling and painting an interior office wall. Contractor is responsible for ensuring waterproofing is intact in shower and installing all new floor and wall tile, toilets, sinks, vanities, partitions, fixtures, lighting and paint per attached plan.
