The Works consists of, but not limited, to removing all wall and floor tile (4’ high on walls, 8’ high on shower walls), All fixtures, partitions, counters, shelves, accessories and anything else attached to the walls. Contractor is responsible for patching, repairing or replacing drywall and skim coating all walls and ceiling as needed. Contractor is responsible for ensuring waterproofing is intact in shower and installing all new floor and wall tile, toilets, sinks, vanities, partitions, fixtures, lighting and paint per attached plan.

The project shall be completed within 40 working days from the start date established in the Notice to Proceed .
