PW-25-07 - ATP Cycle 4 – West Colton Bikelane Project Non-Infrastructure Components

The City of Colton Public Works Department is seeking to contract with a qualified consultant to provide services for the ATP Cycle 4 – West Colton Bikelane Project Non-Infrastructure Components. The project is ATP/State funded. The scope of works includes necessary works for the non-infrastructure components of the project. The scope of work includes conducting workshops on three (3) schools in the project area to highlight the benefits of walking and biking to school, organizing three (3) pedestrian/bike safety campaigns, and implementing six (6) walks to school events on three (3) school campuses in the vicinity of the West Colton Bikelane Project.

The bikelane project is approximately 2.5 miles of buffered Class II bikelane improvements along Meridian Ave., Randall Ave, Eucalyptus Ave., Pepper Ave. and San Bernardino Ave. The three (3) schools in the vicinity of the project are Garcia Elementary School (along Meridian Ave.), Jehue Middle School (along Randall Ave. between Pepper and Eucalyptus Ave.) and Morris Elementary School (along Randall Ave west of Eucalyptus Ave.).
