The work consists of and includes but is not limited to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services as required to satisfactorily complete all Work required for the construction and completion of Pima County Southeast Regional Park Pump Well Replacement Phase 1.

All work is to be completed pursuant to the Construction Documents prepared by WestLand Engineering & Environmental Services, dated March 19, 2025, which are attached herein.

Estimated cost for the project is between $800,000.00 and $1,200,000.00. The project shall be complete and in place within 300 working days from date the Notice to Proceed is issued. Liquidated damages for late delivery will be assessed per PAG 2015 Specification Section 108-9.
