Description

This is a bid to establish an open order for the fiscal year FY25 - period from 06/01/2025 - 06/1/2026. Your price will be valid for entire year with option of two (2) one (1) year renewals under the same price and T&C's.

EVALUATION AND AWARD:
Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.

Maricopa County Small & Local Certification:
If you are eligible for the MCSL Certification and have not submitted your MCSL Attestation Form and supporting documents, please submit these with your response. You will only be required to do this one time.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The Flood Control District of Maricopa County (FCDMC), Arizona is requesting bids for a subscription-based service providing customized weather modeling data for use in operations during the monsoon season (June-October). We are primarily interested in obtaining quantitative precipitation forecast products as described in the SOW attached under the Document & Item section of the BidNet Application.
This Bid will have an option of two (2) one (1) year renewals under the same price and T&C's. Vendor must sign attached Supplemental Pricing Sheet with T&C's and send it to us at the same time of the proposal submittal (Document can be found under Document & Items section).
