001EQS - PROC - Boat and Engine Parts and Acessories

The intent for this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to establish a multiple award for a full line of services required by the County to perform repairs and preventative maintenance. The County reserves the right to award by parts, geographically (East and West Lakes) to ensure full coverage. This price agreement is for one (1) year with an option to renew. Purchases are authorized by purchase order or procurement credit card only.


 BID SUBMISSION
Vendor Bids must be submitted through Bid Sync only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids.

MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME
Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time.

EVALUATION AND AWARD
The award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation-issuing Department.  Maricopa County reserves the right to award a single vendor or multiple vendors in full or in part.
