Description

Maricopa County Elections is seeking quotes for the production of a custom printed card featuring an attached sticker of our “Phil” character. The card will be double-sided (English on front, Spanish on back) and printed on thick cardstock suitable for voter outreach handouts.
Specifications:

Card Dimensions: 5.5 inches (width) x 4.25 inches (height)
Printing:
- Full color, double-sided printing
- Front side in English; back side in Spanish
Material: Heavy/thick cardstock
Sticker Details:
- Die-cut “Phil” character only (preferred), approximately 2.5 cm wide x 3.5 cm high
- Alternate size option if needed: white square around Phil, 3.5 cm wide x 4.5 cm high
- Placement indicated by “Peel Me” on the card artwork
- Please provide pricing for both options:
  1. Glow-in-the-dark sticker
  2. Standard (non-glow) sticker
Quantity: 10,000 units (final quantity may be adjusted based on vendor pricing)
Delivery Deadline: All items must be delivered no later than December 3, 2025
Proof Requirement: A physical proof/sample of the card and sticker must be provided and approved prior to full production.
Artwork: Vendor will receive final print-ready artwork for both card sides and the sticker design.
