INTENT
Maricopa County (County) is seeking one or more contractors to provide routine and emergency repair services for various County audio, video, and other associated security systems. Additionally, the County is seeking the services of contractor(s) to perform factory authorized card access device repair, upgrades, installation, and monitoring of new or existing hardware and software for Identiv Velocity Series 3.8.4 and higher client enterprise software/server and related systems. Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation required to perform these services.
The County is seeking to add additional vendors to provide project work under this contract. Awarded contractors will provide quotes for project work when requested by the County.

Vendor Bids must be submitted through BidNet Direct only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids.
MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME: Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q&A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time.
EVALUATION AND AWARD:
Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.
