Description

INTENT:

Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) seeks responses from qualified contractors to provide Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) software and data management services for the MCDOT Regional Archive Data System (RADS) Real-Time Analytics Data project.

BID SUBMISSION:
Vendor Bids must be submitted through Bidnet Direct only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids.

MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME:
Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q&A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time.

EVALUATION AND AWARD:
Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.

Arizona Unified Transportation Registration and Certification System (AZ UTRACS) Registration – Prime contractors and all subcontractors including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) must be registered in the AZ UTRACS web portal https://utracs.azdot.gov/.

All bidders must complete an online bidders list at https://utracs.azdot.gov/BiddersListInfo/, and submit the corresponding Bidders List email confirmation notice to Kevin Hall at Kevin.hall@maricopa.gov by 4:00 p.m. MST on the fifth calendar day after the bid opening date. Bidders who do not submit the Bidders List Email Confirmation are deemed non-responsive.
