Notice is hereby given that Maricopa County (County) is conducting this invitation for Statement of Qualifications for the services described herein: Services to be performed to include pre-construction services and ultimately construction management services. Construction scope may include new construction and tenant improvement construction to expand and modify the existing MCSO Intake Transfer and Release (ITR) portion of the Durango Detention Center. The expansion and modification are intended to improve the booking, processing, and release of arrestees. Building improvements are intended to include an expanded sally port and secure parking, additional detention processing space, additional health evaluation space, and interior and exterior enhancements to facilitate the release process. No pre-proposal conference or site walk has been scheduled under this solicitation.
The scope will include pre-construction and construction services. The selected firm will begin in an agency support role for the pre-construction services and will, at some point prior to construction, assume the risk of delivering the project through a guaranteed maximum price contract.
The construction budget range is approximately $46,000,000
The County reserves the right to revise the Scope of Work.
