INTENT:
Maricopa County (County) intends to award a single firm (contractor) to provide life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and supplemental health insurance benefits for eligible employees and their dependents. Included in the bid should be an accelerated death benefit and portability and conversion options. There shall be no waiver of premium option. All lines of insurance coverage shall commence on January 1, 2027.
PRICING:
Maricopa County will accept price offers for solicitation of 260042-RFP Employee Life Insurance and Supplemental Health Benefits using an online Dynamic Reverse Auction Process managed and hosted by EasiBuy, LLC. Reverse Auction will be conducted in accordance with the Maricopa County purchasing provisions and the specifications for this RFP. The Reverse Auction will be the process used to determine final pricing. Maricopa County is not a party to any agreement between EasiBuy, LLC and respondent vendors.

EVALUATION AND AWARD
The County reserves the right to award this contract to multiple vendors. The County reserves the right to award in whole or in part, by item or group of items, by section or geographic area, or make multiple awards, where such action serves the County’s best interest.
