SP26.71 - SP26.71 Digital Media Buying Services

Pursuant to §41-04-132 and §41-16-72 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center Commission seeks qualifications from qualified professionals licensed in the State of Alabama to provide Professional Services for Digital Media Buying.
The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit and receive qualification packets from qualified digital media buying firms to manage and optimize our paid digital advertising campaigns. The primary objective of this engagement is to drive measurable results, specifically focusing on a pay-for-performance model with well-defined allowable costs per sale (CPA). We are looking for a firm with demonstrated expertise in platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant digital advertising channels.


Scope of the Project:
The selected digital media buying firm will work closely with the USSRC's internal marketing and Martech teams to achieve the following objectives, with a strong emphasis on performance and efficiency. The areas of services needed include but not limited to the following.
