All potential bidders may request via email a copy of all project images and specifications related to this bid. Specifications may also be examined at the office of the Director of Procurement, U.S. Space and Rocket Center, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805
All sealed public bids must be submitted on official Vendor Letterhead. Additional documentation required to be included in the bid packet will be a Current Certificate of Insurance, DHS E-Verify Documents, AL Vendor Disclosure Statement, Business License, and Vendor W9 form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner’s judgement, the best interests of the State of Alabama or the U.S. Space and Rocket Center Commission will thereby be promoted.
Sealed proposals will be received by the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, Administrative Entrance, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805 until 12/12/25 at 2:00pm CST. At which time and place, each seal bid will be publicly opened and read into the record.
You may also submit your seal bid prior to public bid opening to the Director of Procurement, for the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, by coming in person to the Administration Entrance located at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805. You may also mail your seal bid using a reliable & trackable delivery method to the street address listed and by the time and due date shown.
Electronic Bids submitted via Email to samm@spacecamp.com will be accepted provided they are received by the time and due date shown above.
