Sealed bids must be submitted on official Vendor Letterhead. Additional forms required will be copy of a valid Business License, and Vendor W9 form. Winning bidder will be required to furnish a notarized copy of the Alabama Vendor Disclosure form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner’s judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
Sealed bids will be received by the U.S. Space and Rocket Center Commission at the office of Sam Mitchell, Director of Procurement, U.S. Space and Rocket Center, Administrative Entrance, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805 until Wednesday December 3rd, 2025, at 2:00pm CST. At which time and place, each seal bid will be publicly opened and read into the record.
You may also submit your seal bid prior to public bid opening to the Director of Procurement, for the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, by coming in person to the Administration Entrance located at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805. You may also mail your seal bid using a reliable & trackable delivery method to the street address listed and by the time and due date shown.
Electronic Bids submitted via Email will be accepted provided they are received by the time and due date shown above.
