Tuskegee University seeks proposals from qualified firms to design, implement, and operationalize
a Contract Management Office (CMO) to support all schools, colleges, and administrative units
across the University. The CMO will establish consistent processes for intake, review, negotiation,
execution, monitoring, and recordkeeping of contracts related to grants, research, procurement,
clinical agreements, athletics, facilities, and vendor services.
The selected vendor will provide consulting, change management, training, and technical
implementation services for a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution, while also
