7-2026-13 - VBC Site Power Enabling Package Phase 1 for Future Exhibit Hall Expansion

The Phase I Electrical Site Enabling project is the initial interim step to re-feed the Von Braun Center (VBC) with a primary 12,470V utility source from the north side of Clinton Street. This work is in preparation for the future Phase III Exhibit Hall Expansion (N.I.C.). 

This scope requires testing of the existing VBC medium voltage (MV) system—including switches and cabling—prior to back feeding the system from Huntsville Utilities (HU) at the Clinton Street location.
