The City of Albertville is taking bids for labor, equipment, materials, and any incidentals required to complete the work of the following items required for the Annual Bid for Paving Various City Roads (Complete In-Place). This bid is intended to comply with Alabama Code Title 39, the Alabama Public Works Law. This bid shall be in effect from FEBRUARY 17TH, 2026, until FEBRUARY 17TH, 2027, covering any Proceed Orders issued by the City of Albertville, AL during that time frame.
Sealed bids will be received by City of Albertville Purchasing Department located 116 W. Main Street Albertville, AL 35950 until 2:00 PM Central Time on FEBRUARY 12TH, 2026 and then publicly opened as soon thereafter as practicable. Bids may be mailed to PO Box 1248 Albertville, AL 35950. Only bids from contractors or material suppliers listed on the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) approved list of contractors and material suppliers will be accepted. All bids must be marked with the word “BID” on the outside of the bid package along with Bid Number for Annual Bid for Paving Various City Roads (Complete In-Place), the bid date and the BIDDERS Alabama General Contractor’s License Number.
