Laramie County Community College, located in Cheyenne, WY and it's Building Authority, seeks proposals for Independent Auditor Services for FY25, FY26 and FY27 with the option for contract renewal for FY28 and FY29. In compliance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Government Auditing Standards the awarded auditor responsibilities will include: Conduct fieldwork starting August annually. Retain workpapers as per Wyoming State statutes. Submit final reports to LCCC by December 31 annually. Attend exit conferences and provide requested copies of reports Minimum Qualifications of the Successful Audit Firm are: Have experience auditing Wyoming governmental entities, preferably community colleges. Demonstrate expertise in Uniform Guidance Single Audits. Be a licensed CPA firm in Wyoming. Be a member of the AICPA Peer Review Program and Government Audit Quality Center. Have staff with expertise in Federal Student Financial Aid Testing.
