The Sanitation Department will contract with a hauling company to transport materials to and from the Landfill from the Compost Facility. Landfill Staff will perform all loading operations. Transport compost facility materials to the Landfill, located at 3714 Windmill Road. • Single grind wood chips. o 1 Cubic Yard = 800 lbs.* • Wood Pallets and lumber scraps. o 1 Cubic Yard = 1200 lbs.* • Leaves and grass o 1 Cubic Yard = 1200 lbs.* • Overtures from Compost Screening process. o 1 Cubic Yard = 1400 lbs.* Transport clean fill dirt (2,200 lbs.* per Cubic Yard) from the Landfill to the Compost Facility, located at 1461 Happy Jack Rd, Cheyenne Wyoming. 21,600 Cubic Yards of yard waste needs to be transported to the Landfill. 1000 Cubic Yards of fill dirt needs to be transported to the Compost Facility.
