IRA WILLOW LAKE ELK FENCE
The work includes removing an existing elk fence, which is adversely affecting the migration patterns of wildlife, and constructing a new elk fence with a differing alignment. The project consists of removing approximately 3,500 linear feet of elk fencing and constructing approximately 3,000 linear feet of elk fencing. It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that livestock does not cross through the opening between when the old fence is removed, and the new fence is constructed.
Specifics for Willow Lake Fence:
There are approximately 3,500 linear feet of 8-foot-tall elk fencing to be removed and disposed in accordance with the specifications -see Section 02827, Fence Removal.
There are approximately 3,000 linear feet of new elk fencing to be constructed in accordance with the drawings and Work Data Sheet. It is estimated to have each of the following:
- Four (4) stress panels (H-braces),
- Four (4) end panels,
- One (1) 5-post corner, and
- Two (2) 8-foot-tall, 14-foot-long metal gates.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. See the Attachments for the specifications.

2. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 30-day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay interim invoices.

- Check your SAM registration, this must be current at the time you make your offer.
- Please email with any questions you have, prior to the closing date, with enough time to research an answer.
- Email your signed quote package to: crystalm@blm.gov, with the title and solicitation number in the subject line, no later than the closing date. Include your Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number on your quote.
- You may put your prices on the SF-1442 form but must also fill out the Bid Schedule.
- Include enough description/information in order to determine technical acceptability.
