The Wyoming Army National Guard 115TH Brigade requires lodging for an Annual Training requirement in Casper Wyoming from May 11, 2022, through May 14, 2022. The contractor shall provide 92 Double rooms per night, comply with the FY 22 lodging per Diem rates as set forth by the U.S. General Services Administration, and comply with the applicable regulations as set forth by the Joint Travel Regulation, and the Joint Federal Travel Regulation for Uniformed Service Members. The WYARNG will review the contractor’s performance, prior to the acceptance of a final invoice submitted by the contractor, and the Wyoming Army National Guard reserves the right to fulfill this requirement by procuring rooms with a single hotel, multiple hotels, are none. All hotels must be in Casper, Wyoming.
