The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking reliable and professional janitorial services to support two key facilities: the Worland Field Office and the National Mineral Laboratory, both located in Worland, Wyoming. These facilities play a critical role in fulfilling the BLM¿s mission, and maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for employees and visitors.
The Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies required to perform comprehensive janitorial services. These services will include routine daily cleaning such as restrooms, office areas, and common spaces as well as periodic and specialized tasks, including floor care, window washing, and deep cleaning. While the Government will furnish certain consumable items (as detailed in Section 6.6), all other materials and supplies will be provided by the Contractor.
High standards of cleanliness and hygiene must be maintained at all times. Open and responsive communication with designated BLM personnel is essential to meet specific needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure consistent service quality throughout the term of the contract.
These janitorial services represent a vital operational support function that contributes directly to the professionalism, safety, and efficiency of BLM operations.
