2. F. E. Warren AFB, Wyoming is conducting market research to identify potential Small Business sources. This requirement is for the acquisition of Vehicle Fleet Management Software. Please fill out and return Attachment 1 – Feature List. Note that the software must be website/cloud based, GSA approved, NO live GPS tracking and no hardware linked into the vehicle computer system.
