Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work for the Vegetation Management project is to provide services for the removal of vegetation along Crow Creek using goats. The Contractor shall incorporate any innovative solutions that are cost effective and meet project goals. If services are not set forth as “not included” within this section, they will be considered included, although not specifically mentioned, in the scope of work necessary to provide the full and complete services required for the project. The project beginning point is shown on the included map. The starting point is located approximately to the south of the underpass at W. Lincolnway & Dey Avenue. The intent is to move the goats to the South East from this point along Crow Creek, for the duration of the working days on the project. If this area of the project is completed and there are still days remaining on the Contract, the City will have the Contractor work back to the starting point of the project, and continue along Missile Drive to the North West.
