The quantities stated herein represent the best estimates of the total requirements that can be made up to the time of issuance of these specifications. These quantities are given as a guide to bidders in quoting quantity prices, freight, handling, costs, etc. While it is expected that orders will be in these approximate quantities, the City of Green River reserves the right to alter the quantities according to its needs at the time of placing orders, and after learning what the costs will be.
