Specifications include, but are not limited to: creating an information system that results in measurable performance improvements for the COVID 19 Case and Contact Management process. The project includes designing and building a customized architecture, integrating it with new or existing hardware, packaged and custom software/applications and communications. The solution will be used by COVID 19 Case Investigators, Contact Tracers, RST Management, Epidemiologists and Symptom Checkers. The project includes at minimum, the integration of the following software/applications – REDCap Sara Alert PathCheck/Safe Solutions Care 19 Alert There is a preliminary assumption that Sara Alert will be the application that receives information from REDCap, PathCheck and Care19 Alert. The final solution design will depend on the outcomes of the Discovery Process.
