Teton County seeks a consultant team to conduct a study and develop recommendations for an overhaul of the existing classification and compensation system. The chosen firm will evaluate the current position classification system and existing job descriptions and make recommendations for updates and changes. The chosen firm will, if appropriate, provide an updated market study of comparable entities and will recommend a new salary plan, evaluate employee positioning within the newly recommended salary plan, and provide implementation strategies, including but not limited to providing a strategy for monitoring for market position, inflation, compression, and internal equity.
