Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Green River, Wyoming is requesting price proposals from consulting firms with expertise in surveying services to provide professional engineering services for the Killdeer Diversion Project. The consulting firm selected will work directly with the Parks and Recreation and Public Works Departments. The project is comprised of the study and design of a comprehensive solution for the Killdeer Wetlands and Dam, Intake, and River Drop Structure. This portion of the project requires a comprehensive survey of all aspects along with the river to allow vetting of all options and selection of a preferred action path by the steering committee and their Consultant leading to a final design and solution. The City hired a consultant to complete 10% design and a review of options. The survey work should verify datum collected by the consultant and complete an existing conditions survey.
