Laramie County Community College (LCCC) desires to receive proposals for snack vending services and to enter into an exclusive three-year agreement for snack vending services, extendable in one-year increments by mutual agreement of the parties, for up to an additional two years. This agreement would be for the Cheyenne campus of LCCC. Proposals should be no longer than twenty (20) pages and include: The vendor's capability to provide healthy vending snack options (i.e., dried fruits, popcorn, nutrition bars, trail mix, nuts, non-fried chips, etc.) along with other typical snack vending options (i.e., candy bars, candy, pop tarts, potato chips, gum, cookies, sandwich crackers, etc.). Description of how the vendor can accomplish this balance of snack items with their mix of vending machine solutions. A listing, with retail prices, of the vended options that would be offered. Description and pictures of the vending machine equipment they are proposing The percentage commission offered, which shall be based on gross monthly sales of each vending machine.
