2. Scope of Work The selected vendor will be expected to provide the following services: ● Individual student portraits for school IDs and yearbooks. ● Class group photos for Pre-K through 5th grade, all school elementary photo 18”X24”, and a photo composition of graduating seniors 18”X24” to be hung in the secondary hallway. ● Staff portraits. ● Re-take sessions. ● Secure online ordering system for parents and guardians. ● High-quality digital images of all photos for school records, use in the yearbook, Student Information Systems, and other needs of the district. ● Flexible scheduling to accommodate school schedules ● Efficient delivery of prints and digital files. ● Optional services, to be determined by school personnel, including but not limited to: ○ Club and extracurricular group photos. ○ Event photography. ○ Sports team photography (fall, winter, and spring sports).
