WY- TRASH DISPOSAL FOR SE & PB - Base Year
This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, veteran owned, women owned or service disabled veteran owned small business) relative to NACIS 562111. Written responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to the sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement will be published on SAM.GOV website. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement.
The Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office (WYAO) is seeking sources for the removal and disposal of trash and refuse at Seminoe Camp and Pilot Butte Reservoir. The potential contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and supervision to remove and disposal of trash and refuse into appropriate landfills. The minimum intervals for each location is as follows:
¿ Seminoe Camp
o Summer months (May thru September) - Pick up at least once a week
o Winter months (October thru April) ¿ Pick up at least twice a month
¿ Pilot Butte Reservoir
o Summer months (May thru September) - Pick up at least once a week
o Winter months (October thru April) ¿ Pick up at least once a month
The hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am ¿ 5:00 pm excluding holidays. Contractor must be able to do both locations.
The intended contract period will be for twelve (12) months, plus four (4) 1-year option periods, which is to begin on or about September 1, 2021. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, point of contact, size of business, socioeconomic classification, Federal Tax Identification Number, Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number and qualification statement. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to Tonya A. Browning, Bureau of Reclamation, at TABrowning@usbr.gov Telephone responses shall not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than 1:00 pm (MST) July 30, 2021. This notice is to assist the WYAO in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately.
