Specifications include, but are not limited to: Field Survey; The professional services to be provided by the Consultant under this Agreement shall be to provide professional land surveying services as necessary. The scope of work for each project shall be identified in the Project Work Directive from the options below. Accuracy and content of the land survey and related work products shall conform to the current WYDOT Survey Manual and the Right of Way Manual. Surveying services shall be accomplished in units of measurement of U.S. Survey feet. Level II - Land Survey; Professional services to be provided by the Consultant under this Agreement shall be to locate land corners, property corners, lot and block corners, and highway monuments; and produce a record of survey. The survey shall be in accordance with Wyoming Department of Transportation manuals, policies and procedures, and applicable federal and Wyoming state laws, guidelines and standards. General services to be provided by the Consultant shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Locate U.S. Public Land Survey System corners. 2. Locate lot, block and property corners. 3. Produce electronic coordinate files. 4. Produce a record of survey.
