Specifications include, but are not limited to: Unit should conform to the best practice known to the overall trade in design, quality of material, and workmanship. b This unit should be capable of servicing 1 cy to 4 cy rearload containers. c This unit should be capable of operating in both a rural and urban area d This unit should be capable of operating in extreme climate conditions including but not limited to: snow, rain, fog, icy conditions as well as, hot and cold temperatures. e Towing should be included on the vehicle as long it is under warranty. f It is understood that upon delivery, the equipment will be subject to inspection to verify conformance with specifications by the City of Sheridan. g Upon completion of on-site training, the equipment should be required to undergo a minimum of 10 working days on route testing prior to acceptance. Performance testing will be performed by the City of Sheridan personnel during regular scheduled work days. Performance testing will include at minimum: compaction, turning radius, cycle time, axle weight distribution, and maintenance/repairs
