Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Teton County Fair & Fairgrounds Division desires to change the use of the Pavilion facility from a mixed use fire station (Heavy Service) and Business Group B to mixed use Assembly Group A-2 and Business Group B. The Business Group B will remain as-is, but the fire station will transition to Assembly Group A-2. As such, Teton County is seeking an architectural consultant with experience and knowledge of Change of Use processes and can guide the County through the process with the AHJ, The Town of Jackson, WY. Steps to be taken include: Phase 1 1. An investigation of TOJ requirements for the proposed changes. 2. Assist Teton County with application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 3. Plans and specifications for modifications to the facility and grounds needed to meet those requirements as well as owner desired changes relevant to the change of use. 4. Cost estimates for the proposed modifications. Phase 2 1. A project manual with plans and specification for permitting, bidding, and construction. 2. Bid review. 3. Construction supervision and close-out with transition to Fair. Transition is forecast for Spring 2021.
