Specifications include, but are not limited to: Teton County desires to hire a person or firm with expertise and experience in providing Owner's Representative services for major renovation and new construction projects. Each proposed project would require a cost estimate which would be approved by the Board of County Commissioners if deemed acceptable. Please see RFQ for list of potential projects in the next 5 years. Cost proposals for the County Courthouse/Detention Center, General Services Building Shop Addition, and Health Department Receprion Area Remodel projects are to be submitted as part of this RFQ response. Cost proposals for Fire/EMS Stations and Emergency Operations Center Civil Site Upgrades will be required within 90 days of RFQ contract approval.
