Specifications include, but are not limited to: This will be a phased project. Phase 1 only is the scope of this RFQ. Phase 1. Pre-construction and Design . This phase will consist of observations and testing to determine the performance or lack thereof of existing HVAC equipment serving the Administration Building at 200 S Willow Street, Jackson, WY. The existing boiler/chiller/fan coil unit system mostly dates from 1995 and has a history of poor performance. The IT room contains a non-functional Liebert split unit. Phase 2 scope of work will include supervision of the work of the contractor, commissioning of the entire system, and training of the Operations and Maintenance staff. This will include off-season commissioning and 10-month commissioning prior to the end of the initial warranty period.
